Thank you for posting about our son Trapper & for following up with stories like these. It is very encouraging to our family & others like us.
So far our community & other generous people have given close to $9,000 to 4 Paws for Ability in honor of our son. We are getting closer to our fund raising requirement. We are so encouraged and excited to be part of such an amazing organization and to have so much support from coast to coast. Julie from felinefido.com has been more then generous with her support & has been a huge advocate for Autism Awareness & Service Dogs trained for Autism Assistance. She helped our family find you. You have some wonderful readers who have reached out to us because of your posts. Living where we do we often feel starved in services & support, so it matters more than I think is realized.
Thank you to you & all your readers who have offered support in emails, spreading awareness, and donations to our cause & others like ours. We have learned so much about autism and about advocating for our son & have found so much hope in reading your posts.
Thank you so much!
