Freaky Friday #119

Today is Friday and that means it’s Freaky Friday. If you need to know more about this journal writing challenge please read the First Freaky Friday entry.

The cost of living is constantly rising. For some this isn’t so bad, for others this is terrible. I think many of us would be surprised just how dependant we are on money, especially if it was suddenly taken away from us. Spend some time writing as if you had a sudden reversal of fortune, going from wherever you are today to nothing. Remove the possibility of credit cards, and any savings you do in fact have. Wipe out the bank balance and write about how you would cope. How badly would this knock you? Would you cope or rely on parents or other family members? Would you reassess the kind of work you’d be willing to do? Try to imagine how this event would touch every aspect of your life.
