Freaky Friday #27

It’s Freaky Friday once again. If you need to know more about this journal writing challenge please read the First Freaky Friday entry.

Tonight I watched a murder mystery film with the family. In the story someone was accused of a crime they did not commit. The person who dunnit, was eventually caught, but it got me thinking how it felt to be that person. What does it feel like to do something wrong and see someone else take the blame?

The challenge for this Freaky Friday is to write about this in your journal. If this has really happened to you, then you have a better grasp on what I’m talking about. If not, just take the idea of someone else being blamed for your wrong-doing. It need not be a crime, so to speak, but something you felt was wrong.

Were you relieved when someone else took the blame? Did it make your guilt harder to deal with? Go into this as much as you like. You may find the exercise quite cathartic.
