Freaky Friday #60

Today is Friday, which means it’s Freaky Friday. If you need to know more about this journal writing challenge please read the First Freaky Friday entry.

I just spent the evening watching some DVDs with my family. The movie Déjà Vu was the best one we saw. I couldn’t help feeling a bit shaken up by the idea the movie presented. I won’t spoil it for you if you haven’t seen the film, but I do recommend you watch at some point.

For me déjà vu is a sense that something has happened before. This is a feeling I regularly experience. I’ve often wondered why I do experience this sense that I’ve lived a moment in time before. Not once have I thought to write about this in my journal.

Today’s challenge is to write about a moment of déjà vu as if you do recall everything and why. Be imaginative. Investigate your reasons. Let your mind roam and create. This could be the beginning of a good sci-fi story.
