Fun Craft: Fairy Beds

I am completely in love with this simple craft – a little fairy bed. This is perfect timing for me to find this idea. The weather is beautiful and the snow is all but gone, so we’ve been spending a lot of our post-school afternoons at the park. With all the insane snow and wind we got over the Winter, a lot of small branches are all over the park because they don’t usually start to really clear and set up parks until the long weekend in May. It would be the best time to easily find different sizes of branches just lying around.

I think I’ll take a cloth tote bag to the park next time we go so the kids can collect the branches, and then I’ll hit up the dollar store for the decorations, and the first rainy day that we get (which we’re bound to have soon) can be passed easily with assembling and decorating fairy beds.
