I don’t know a Halloween Prank, but for a birthday, the night before I snuck a sign on the back of the car that said, “Honk and Wave it’s my 40th Birthday!” All morning people were honking and waving at my friend. Finally she parked and had to walk behind the car and saw it! She had been thinking people were real friendly that day!
I think the funniest part was some of those 90’s hair styles!

Omigodd eery day for 3 months my sister and i would use fake bags and all creepy things to terrify eachother, once she went on a holiday and i put a GIANT real lookin fake spider in her suitcase. she called me and when i picked up she was panting. Soooo funny.
Another great halloween prank is to hang your freind from a wall by their back dressed as a gargoyle. When people walk by, the Gargoyle will “haunt” them(scream,wink,smile,ect.)
p.s.Make sure the wall is brick and the peson is lightweight!
