Garlic update: no such thing as too much
For all of you sitting there dying to know what happened with all that garlic my husband brought home (come on, you know you are…), here’s an update. I’m proud to say that, one day before the movers arrive, I’ve managed to use up all of it. I think that works out to about half a bulb of garlic per person per day! Our meals as of late have been extremely garlicy… which hasn’t been a bad thing at all.
Pictured is one of my creations from last week: oven-roasted cremini mushrooms and garlic cloves with olive oil, rosemary, and salt.
