Genetics Flashcards
From some of the comments I get here at Genetics and Health, I know that there are a fair number of students popping by to get answers to homework, material for essays, or perhaps when studying for quizzes and exams. Flashcard Exchange may help you guys out. There are a number of card sets that have to do with genetics. I can’t vouch for their accuracy, but it would be a good study exercise to check and see if any have egregious errors.
One of the more recent sets created is entitled Genetics 1 and numbers 48 cards with basic concepts such as modes of inheritance and basic facts about the genome. You can also create your own flashcards in any language so it might be fun to see who you can fool with nonsense. Just kidding!
Personally, I think the process of creating your own flashcards that reflect the special emphasis your instructor is placing on the topics discussed in the course is a much better way of studying. But, it’s always interesting to see how others are going about their work and what they find important.
Good luck and tell me what grade you got!
