Even though I teach, so I'm off for the summer, I do have 2 things I do to ease the frantic Monday mornings at our house. First, we make lunches, lay out clothes and shower on Sunday nights. The kids prefer to shower in the morning, so they do so every morning in the week, but Monday mornings, we try to take a slower pace, so showers are in the evening before. Also, like you, I try to leave my desk organized and tasks laid out ready to tackle on Monday morning.

2 little things, but they help immensely.
