Keep in mind that it doesn't have to be as black and white as carnivore and vegan. If you enjoy vegetarian meals, work them into your diet every now and then! You don't have to swear off all animal products to enjoy the benefits of meat-free meals. And think how happy you'll be to know you're avoiding the recalled beef. :) I should have put a warning on the video!
