My husband and I took a cruise to Alaska last week. It was wonderful. 7 days and nights without anyone to worry about but US!
We just got back from Bon Echo Provincial Park in Ontario, Canada. The highlight of our holiday was definitely the hike up The Rock - which included a ferry ride to cross the lake. The view from The Rock was specatular and well worth our aching muscles!
My last vacation was to a family reunion. We had relatives from all over the United States. I wish I had purchased a camcorder of some kind because we have now lost three of the family members that were there. Thank you for the opportunity to win!

I have not been on vacation since November, but it was a trip worth remembering! I travelled to Chicago for the first time and fell in love with the city, the culture and the friendly people of the windy city! The people are so friendly, classy, and fun and the city itself is safe and clean and absolutely a blast to explore! I had an opportunity to work as a Sous Chef for a weekend and met some famous local chefs and that was an experience I will carry with me for a very long time! The one thing that was missing was a way for me to video tape all that I experienced so I could share my trip and all that I did in Chicago with my friends and family! This Aiptek MPVR 6MP MPEG4 Digital Camcorder would have been my perfect travel companion! my last trip was a “cross-country road trip” with my family. it took four days of non-stop driving and taking turns at the wheel to go from Michigan to North Dakota to SoCal and back up again!

My last mini-vacation was a couple of weekends ago. I drove with a friend from Chicago and met up with friends in Louisville for a Girls’ Night Out. We went to see L.A. Guns, Bang Tango, and Faster Pussycat. lol It was a fun weekend!
We just got back from a week in the Grand Tetons of Wyoming! My dad, a middle school science teacher by school year, was summering as a park ranger there for the summer. It was great! We spent a day in Yellowstone, ate at a “chuck wagon,” and mostly just hung out with the family.
My latest trip was to Malta. It was AMAZING, and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We had fun exploring things like the Blue Grotto and Calypso (which we accessed via our rental boat)
My most recent vacation trip was in May to Maui! We go every other year for a week which isn’t nearly enough. It really is paradise!!
My last trip was to San Diego for my sister’s wedding.

For our last vacation, my hubby and I went to Disney World with his parents, his two sisters, a friend, and his sister’s fiance. It was awesome and I want to go back!

We just took a trip to Florida. We flew down and then drove home and so the road trip part was awesome. We revisited many of the places that had special meaning to us as children and stopped in Charleston for a daytrip.
Our most recent vacations was a short getaway to the St. Louis Zoo. My children love seeing all the animals!
We take vacations to beautiful, mountainous places, frequently..I’d love to catch my kids on film with such scenic backdrops!
We are getting ready to go to Northern Colorado next week for my sister’s wedding. My two young boys will be able to meet relatives that they’ve never seen before. I’m really looking forward to it, and having a camera like that would be great!
My son and I went to Yosemite National Park. I could have really used this camera to capture its beauty.

We went to Mount Rushmore. It was pretty amazing and I can’t wait to go back.
300 miles away in Burns, on the Oregon High Desert, we are building a giant barn. Since I don’t own a camcorder, I take many, many shots with my phone to make it look like my husband is actually building. Let me tell ya’, that makes for some pretty jerky movies!
We just got back from the midwest and a family reunion. It was fun to take my son away from the mountains and see the flatness of Kansas.
My last vacation was to visit my parents in beautiful South Africa. And it was gorgeous! My upcoming one is to visit my little brother in Nepal. I love having far-flung family to visit!
We do a lot of camping. Our last trip was locally. We went to the lake for 5 days. It was real relaxing.
The last vacation I took was to Park City, Utah. We just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful snow.
Our upcoming New Years cruise includes seventy friends and family members. We need a video recorder. Photos from the ship are expensive!
I went to NYC and visited the Chelsea Hotel. It was so interesting. I watched 2001 on TV last night and chuckled when I remembered that Arthur C. Clark stayed there when he wrote it.
our most recent vacation took me to the country that my family left to persue their American Dream. I’d always wanted to see Scotland and we finally got the opportunity to go. what an amazing opportunity to see one’s homeland.
