my favorite was 2 years ago, me hubby and my babygurl speant the day shopping, went to the mall and target, and i got a pretty sketchpad for a present…bought some really good smelling cookie candles for our moms too…

My favorite Mother’s Day is that last one with my mom in 1997 …she had recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer so we just spent time together. She was gone four weeks later.

My favorite Mother’s Day was when I was still pregnant with my daughter. My husband brought me home the most beautiful flowers in a special vase that I use to this day when my daughter brings me flowers. It was the first thing that said to me “You are now a Mom.”
My fav Mother’s Day was when dh and the 2 stepchildren gave me a very nice Mother’s Day card; I was shocked beyond belief but I cherish it and have put it in my scrapbook.

Thank you for the great giveaway! My favorite Mother’s Day was the one when my daughter gave me a music CD she made herself, of all my favorite songs! We listened to it together and talked about so many things!
My favorite Mother’s Day was in 2006. At church that day we had baby dedication and we dedicated my daughter. That was also the day we joined our church. Then we went to eat at Cracker Barrel, which I love! It was a wonderful day:)
My first Mother’s Day was one of the best–DH handed my daughter a crayon and let her scribble all over my card.

honestly the best one was the 1 before my 1st was born , we didnt have a phone then and every sunday we would o down to DQ so I could “feed the lil one ” LOL and make calls and update the family as we were living out of state , that day tho when I called my grandparents my grandfather would not let my gramma talk at all (very rare lol) so we talked about the my son and how things were etc andjust before I hung up he said I know its early and people dont think you should be told this … but happy mothers day , your gonna be great mom . He never got to see my son, I was due in sept and he died unexpectedly in july . But nowwith 4 kids on the hard days I keep rembering hs werds and it helps , I wish they could have met him they would have loved spending time with him …..
My favorite mother’s day was while I was in college, and I bummed a ride and arrived on my mother’s doorstep early Mother’s Day morning. She was SO surprised!

Favorite Mother’s Day would be when my dad surprised my mom with a LIMO ride to a very hoity-toity restaurant for Mother’s Day Brunch after church on Sunday. That was great…my kids have attempted to make me breakfast in bed. That is also a sweet memory.

my favorite thing about mother’s day is that a mother is stopped and recognized for her work 365/24/7 that she does..
I’m hoping that I can give my mother this gift set. My mom has always been there for me and I know I have given her many headaches. Two years ago my mother and father finally took a vacation(The falls) a day and half drive from were we live. I was involved in a accident while they were on vacation. I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver and had to have my left leg amputated at the age of 35, I didn’t want my mom to find out until their vacation was over. That didn’t happen, my mom was notified and they drove straight home not knowing if I was going to live or die. I still feel bad to this day that my mother had to cut their vacation short. I know it didn’t matter to her. I knew she would be there for me.
actually this is for my mother , who has been the greatest inspiration in my life of what the perfect mother should be like.
This year is going to be my favorite mother’s day! I just had my daughter, Aubre, one month ago. She is such a blessing and I am so happy to be a mom!
