Winning is easy. All you need to do to enter is to leave a comment here on the blog about your favorite way to use salsa in cooking. Personally I love mixing it with Velveeta cheese for a hot dip, but you can find lots of fantastic recipes on the Pace website.
You will be automatically entered into the giveaway drawing with your comment. One random winner will be selected from all the commenters to receive the entire Pace Big Game Party Pack.
The contest runs through Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 11:59pm CT. Please only enter once and leave your email address in the appropriate spot so that we can contact you.
Thanks to Pace for sponsoring the giveaway.

I love salsa on my baked potato. Healthier alternative to cheese, bacon, and sour cream.
I also like to use salsa in place of salad dressing sometimes.
when used in chili, it creates a “cooked all day” flavor in just 30 minutes.
We have a recipe for chicken salsa that we love!
I cover meatloaf with SALSA. Family members that like salsa put more on their loaf. Those that don’t like it just brush it off.
I love to use salsa as a marinade, it really flavors the meat!
I like to mix my salsa with cream cheese, Taste Great
The only way I’ve ever used salsa before in cooking is as an ingrediant in chili. With flavors like these though I’ll expand my use of it.
I love salsa in burritos like the ones from Chipotle!
I like to saute onions and garlic in olive oil and then add cooked chicken breast. I then add salsa and a little seasoning and sometimes shredded cheese and then make tortilla wraps out of the mixture.
I put it on salads.
I add Pace Salsa to my homemade chili to give it that perfect kick! Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this giveaway!
Nothing like salsa in you omlette. Love it!
