My favorite way to use salsa is in a stove top taco salad recipe. Start to brown a pound of ground beef in a large pan and drain as needed. Add the jar of salsa and a can of drained corn cook until done. Add shredded Mexican cheese and nacho chips and continue to ‘toss’ until cheese is melted. Spoon onto a bed of gently torn lettuce and top with a dollop of sour cream. YUM-MY!
