My favorite way to use Pace is my “Do the Chicken Salsa”:
4 Chicken boneless skinless breast
1 Jar Thick and Chunky Pace Salsa
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
4 Slices Mozerella Cheese
Cut a slit in each chicken breast to make a cavity, spoon in salsa, hold with toothpick. Coat each breast with bread crumbs. Bake at 375-400 till done. Top with cheese till melted. Serve hot.
This is basically your Chicken Cordon Bleu kind of recipe that I changed around to include the salsa instead of ham. My family loves it and it adds the extra ‘kick’ to the meal to satisfy hunger.
Thank you for the chance and I hope you try my “Do the Chicken Salsa” (btw my son is the one that named this for me a year or so ago, we thought it was funny so that became its official name in our family).
