Giveaway: Playtex Gloves Patio Party

With the warm weather here, it’s time for fun in the sun, barbecue get-togethers and patio parties. Recently, I had a small party at my in-laws’ house. My husband and I, along with his parents and three brothers, spent the afternoon laughing, talking and enjoying some great food. We also took the opportunity to try out some new products.
This year, Playtex introduced three new types of gloves that can help make party prep and cleanup a lot easier.
GreatLengths Gloves
For the super messy jobs, Playtex created GreatLengths gloves. These gloves find the perfect balance between being snug enough that you have a lot of control, but not so snug that they aren’t comfortable. Strong and flexible, I can imagine these gloves are perfect for cleaning the bathroom (or delving into any extra messy cleaning job).
To get the party started, my husband wore a pair of the blue GreatLength gloves to clean off the grimy grill, while his mom, Lucie, used another pair of the gloves to wipe down the patio furniture. The long cuff keeps anything gross from dripping back into them.

Living Gloves
The Classic yellow Living gloves that you have grown to know and love over the years have gotten an upgrade. These new purple gloves stay fresh and clean. With long cuffs, they protect you hands and arms from dripping water and chemicals. They are perfect for washing dishes and other household cleaning. Made from several layers, they are durable and strong with reinforced fingers and palm. The lining is soft and they have antimicrobial protection to help stop the growth of mold and bacteria.
My brother-in-law Tim used the gloves to wash the dishes and wipe down the counters after the party was over. He commented that the gloves seemed to repel the water. That’s great to keep your hands dry and to stop the gloves from getting mildew.

CleanCuisine Gloves
For food prep, these gloves are a must! Whether you are slicing raw onions, chopping meat or preparing spicy recipes, these gloves will keep your hands germ-free and clean. On the day of the party, I used them to chop onions, while Tim utilized them to chop the raw meat. After the food was grilled, he put on another pair to slice the steak, chicken and sausage before putting it on the table. Your hands stay totally clean and odor-free!
