Go Green For The Science And Health Channel’s Theme Day

Welcome to our science and health channel’s theme day. And the theme is, drum roll please… go green! It seems that is the very popular, chic new thing. I have to admit in my personal life I need to work on this a bit more, especially since my oldest daughter tells me, “you are destroying our Earth , mom”. Yeah, that’s right, I am single handedly responsible for the earth’s demise.

But, I do have some good news. All of the very intelligent, wonderful, responsible people that I work with here at b5 media know a little thing or two about going green. And thank goodness, because we all need a little reminding and refreshing in this capacity. After all, it is our Earth, right? So here is what they have to say…

Mark at A Dozen Steps gives a comedic take on going green…Okay, I’ll admit it, I am totally, completely lost because this is Theme Day for the Science & Health Channel, the topic is “going green” and if you think this alky can relate anything, something, from alcoholism, addiction or whatever, to going green, well, there’s another think coming…

Angela at Breastfeeding 1-2-3 offers… “Breastfeeding not only saves the environment, it also saves money!”

Julie at Veggie Chic shows us… All the fabulous health benefits of green leafy veggies

Kristina at Autism Vox lets us know... “Go Green”: On the green car, a green coat, green guacamole, a green drink—maybe it can be easy, and okay, to be green.

Go see how Laura at CFS Squared defines green… So I started thinking what “green” actually means to me. The truth is, I can’t actually define it.

Tony over at Astronomy Buff is offering advice… If it’s important to you that we can look up and see stars, planets, constellations and the Milky Way, then here are a few things you can do…

Tris at Homely Scientist says… here are some of the easiest ways to be Green(er)

Ali over at Daily Tomorrow reports… There is a new “environmentally progressive” aircraft being unvieled

Alicia at Mental Health Notes says… So, how does going green relate to our brains? Our mental health?

And Mary Emma and Liz at Alzheimer’s Notes offers… So maybe you can “go green,”if you have a mind to, in your caretaking tasks and activities with your Alzheimer’s patient(s)

And I wrote about very easy “green” ways to help your heart at A Hearty Life

Hope you enjoy!
