My issue is with people who disregard the use it up theory. I know various folks who use too much and it drives me nuts. I know one couple who has something like six bedrooms, four baths, 2 kitchens, full basement, 2 living rooms, family room, etc... for TWO people. That's a huge waste. Now if they had six kids or something I'd understand but how it stands it's just a gross error of judgment. AND they are not the only couple / family I know that acts like this. They're being built and yet not utilized at all. Not that one family could fully utilize this big a home -- but at least something. So, the homes are basically just eating up footprints and resources. It's a waste and a shame on the people building them. Aeound here they just sit empty until the builder goes bankrupt and the bank sells them with 0 down..and a balloonmortgage..that way, you know, they can keep the cycle going indefinitely. sell, foreclose, market...sell, foreclose, market.. hey, it works for us. Can you see a guy going into a trailer park, looking at a 2 bedroom singlewide, and asking if he can supersize that, and walking out with a deed to a mc mansion? Yeah...I am so tired from this week that my brain is weirder than normal..sorry you mean people really buy Mcmansions?
