Roxy wants your attention, please.
The Great Dane is the face behind Collars for Cures, a company recently launched by a couple in Hollywood, Chris and Erica Nelson. They’ll donate 50% of all profits from collars sold to promote a cure for cancer via research by the American Association for Cancer Research Foundation (AACR).

CollarsForCures.com offers pet collars and human t-shirts in five sizes. Whether you’re hooking up a cat or Great Dane, Collars for Cures will likely have the size you need.

Chris said that since Roxy garners attention nearly everywhere they go, he wanted to utilize that to help fight cancer, a disease that’s affected several of his family members and friends. He notes that strangers who see Roxy with the neon green collar often ask him where they can purchase one. So, the couple is excited to now offer them online to an international audience while donating 50% of all profits to cancer research.
Tamika Kim Harding, who works in Corporate Alliances for the AACR, said:
“The American Association for Cancer Research is very appreciative of Collars for Cures’ efforts to raise money for cancer research and provide a platform to spotlight our organization as the authoritative source of information about advances in the causes, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cancer. By accelerating the growth and spread of new knowledge about cancer, the AACR is on the front lines of the quest for prevention and cure.”
