Great new yoga and fitness blog: Grounded Fitness

Earlier this month, the b5media network and Health and Wellness channel welcomed a new blog and its two bloggers into the fold.

Grounded Fitness, is written by Susan Watiker, and Kelly Turner. Yoga is more than a physical exercise – it’s a way of life and it’s one that I keep meaning to look at more seriously. I know that some people who are living with pain are able to make it more bearable with regular sessions of yoga. But Grounded Fitness isn’t just about yoga, it’s also about fitness and all the stuff that goes with it. So, head on over and say hi to Susan and Kelly.
