Am I doing everything I can to create a healthy home for my future someday maybe baby? Are there more simple steps that I could be taking that would eliminate more toxins from my environment and minimize my own impact on the earth?
I’m not sure.
And that’s why I am really looking forward to listening to my “Learn to Create a Healthy Home!” CD by Lisa and Ron Beres, founders of www.GreenNest.com. You may have seen Lisa and Ron on the Today Show talking about whether or not your home (and the toxins within it) can make you sick, and what kinds of things you can do about it. They also offer healthy home tips and a healthy home quiz on their website.

We use Melaleuca products in our home. It’s nice to see more safe products being offered and higher awareness by the general public about the dangers of common household cleaning products.

I am ALL about this! I just re-discovered an awesome green section in a 2007 Glamour mag that is filling me with Earth friendly motivation to do…SOMETHING! This CD sounds like it would be a great help!

Hi! Here through NCLM, and you have an interesting site. I use enjo products, essential oil based dishwahing liquid (herbon brand), organic shampoo, Jurlique skin care, livos oils for my floor and limewash ‘paint’ for my walls. I try to have as natural a home and contents as I can. My current interest is trying to eliminate endocrine disruptors from my life (phalates, bisphenol A, etc). It is NOT easy.
Here from NCLM. It is really hard, and scary to try to keep the house non-toxic. I’m trying the melaleuca stuff. Sign me up for the contest!
