Greg Wiggles in and Wiggles Out

Well, this has hit the news and thought I would bring you all up to speed. Greg of the infamous Wiggles has announced his departure from the group due to some serious illness. According to articles published yesterday both here and here the doctors still aren’t sure what is wrong with him.

It is expected this will confirm the departure of Yellow Wiggle, Greg Page, 34, who has missed concerts since a hernia operation last December.

Page has been experiencing lethargy and fainting spells for some months.

The group’s publicist, Dianna O’Neill, told The Sydney Morning Herald that doctors had not been able to identify Page’s illness.

But news is out this very morning that he has been hit with a condition called Orthostatic Intolerance. You can learn more about the condition by going here as well.

Looks like they may need to find a replacement. Could you Wiggle on stage for $45 million per year? I think I could learn to manage it… :D

Update: Play Library is conducting Greg Page Tribute Day. You can learn more about Greg and there is even a tribute video.
