Finally, we got out propane gas for the grill. The first item to be grilled for this year’s summer grilling is this cilantro-lime marinated pork tenderloin. It’s really easy to make with oh-so delicious results.

INGREDIENTS:
2-3 medium size of pork tenderloins
5 sprigs of cilantro, chopped finely
juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tsp of garlic powder
sprinkle of red pepper flakes
sprinkles of salt and pepper

Whisk together cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, pepper flakes, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Put the meat into the bowl and coat both sides with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the whole thing marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Grill each sides of pork tenderloins about 12-15 minutes.

Let the grilled meat sit on a plate for about 5 minutes after grilling before slicing into medallions.
