		<description>I agree that holding your elbows closer to your body will serve to protect yourself from injury.  You always get more power as you incorporate your &quot;core&quot; into movements.  The way to do this is by keeping objects closer to your torso.  You should also take care of your rotator cuff because with age it is more prone to injury.</description>
