Handmade Mother’s Day Card

May 1, 2005 by Christine Gooding

Want to make your Mother’s Day Card more special? Here’s an idea! Crop (to cut to desired size) a favourite of your Mum and yourself, mat with matching patterned papers and cardstock, pick an embellishment or two and you’ve got your very own homemade Mother’s Day Card just in time for Mother’s Day on the 8th of May :-)

Card looks easy to do but took me quite a bit of time picking the right cardstock and patterned paper. It is also important to have the right adhesives. Adhesives that would not hurt your photo or make your card look too lumpy.
