They have a little disclaimer about that. The guy was horrible. He missed all kinds of things. Next time, I'm getting TWO inspections. I won't go into the huge wall (vaulted ceilings) with elephant wallpaper hiding mildew at our last house. I heard similar statements about wallpaper, etc. being an easy fix from real estate agents when we bought our first house. Problem was that we spent three years of working nights and weekends and 20K on all those easy fixes. Of course, we did more than painting though. Next time, I swear NO ugly wallpaper or hideous trim or window units or hardwoods that need refinishing! Oh, Jennifer. However, if I could afford this home, I could afford to paint that kitchen, maybe a darkish-medium blue would look great, and a new bamboo, or maybe earthen floor.
