Happy Turkey Day Everyone!

turkeyI just wanted to wish the readers of Dating Dames who celebrate this particular holiday! [I know it's a bit late. Heehee.]

I’m quite curious, though. Do people schedule dates on this occasion? Or is the day just reserved for family and friends? And if you do go out on a date on this day, does it mean you’ll be meeting important people in his or her life?

Hmmm.

Well, anyway — enjoy the pumpkin and turkey! Happy Thanksgiving!

Based on my own experience and given the way this last Thanksgiving has gone – it’s a time when you can bring in a date (one that’s lastest more than three dates at least) and introduce them to the whole family.

This was the first time my brother’s fiance’ has met our family.

I just love giving the newbie a hard time. Considering my dad had 11 brothers and sisters – our family dinners generally bring in 50 – 70 people – it can be a bit overwhelming to the new folks – but fun nonetheless :)
