Hawaii To Build Solar Park

Take a trip to Hawaii sometime in the near future and you’d get to see a solar park. Now, that would be quite something to behold.

Earlier this year, the James Campbell Company, a real estate company, has informed the public that they would be working with Hoku Solar so as to build an energy park in Kapolei. The park is assumed to the largest solar facility and it is going to be able to help the area a lot with the 1.5 megawatts of solar power that could be generated from it. The company is even claiming that that amount of power could help give electricity to 6,700 individual homes for a year.

This solar park is going to be huge and James Campbell Company and Hoku Solar are still working on the plans of building the solar park on twelve acres of land. Sometime this year, the two companies may already start building the facility.
