Hazelnut Cake

Would you believe today is Hazelnut Cake Day? They just kind of get more and more obscure, it seems!

Now, I haven’t been able to find out why today is Hazelnut Cake Day, but that shouldn’t stop us from enjoying it, right?

Foodista.com has a recipe for an amazing hazelnut cake, and just looking at the picture literally makes my mouth water. Admittedly, the ingredient list is pretty intimidating, but this looks like one cake that’s totally worth it, don’t you think?
