Health Around The Blogoshpere There are so many great Health Blogs out there with so much great information. I’ve done a little bit of surfing and linked back to some well written and information posts from a few of my favorite Health Blogs that I read on an almost daily basis. I hope you find these as helpful as I do.

First up is Mark’s Daily Apple. MDA this week featured a posts about Fish and Eggs. Last week I linked to a post where Mark talked about the differences between Farmed and Wild Caught Salmon. You’d be surprised to know how many people don’t know or don’t care about the difference. Mark then talked about some Healthy Salmon-Alternative Fish. Ever buy eggs and see other alternative selections of eggs, sometimes labeled “Organic” or “free Range”? “Worker Bee” offers a great Guide To Purchasing Eggs. Lastly “Worker Bee” posted some great Fish and Egg Recipes.

Next up, Gerald Pugliese over at Dr. Fuhrman’s Disease Proof talks about Choosing Snacks and how sometimes when people are asked the question of choice, they choose a healthy snack. However when actually presented with the choices, they choose the unhealthy alternatives. Gerald also showed us 3 common fitness mistakes that almost everybody makes…at least in the beginning. Sometimes you learn the hard way.

Speaking of beginning fitness mistakes Bodybuidling.com present 13 Mistakes made by Teens and the solutions

Brian Carty from Hot Medical News gives us some interesting facts about Coffee.

That’s all for now. Keep an eye out every friday for more great Health Around The Blogosphere!
