So you look through the coolers and you see all the 20 oz sodas and then glance over at the soda fountain and suddenly you start thinking about cost of quantity compared to a bottled drink. We all do it, it’s natural. So you grab a double gulp and think “Yeah…this will last me a little while and it’s cheap. As they say “eat it now, wear it later” because that baby is 2 liters of cola, packed with 130 grams of sugar and 534 calories. Would you normally sit down with a 2 liter bottle of Coke or Pepsi and commence in slugging it down in one sitting? No, right? Then why do it out of a cup from 7-Eleven?
Or how about Cold Stone. Everything tastes good at Cold Stone, you don’t have to tell me. One thing I have never tried is their shakes. I’m glad I didn’t. The Cold Stone Creamery “Oh Fudge!” 20 oz ‘Love it’ size packs 1660 calories and 160 grams of sugar.
