    I’m going to share this one with my husband. He hates injections and maybe knowing that they’ll be painfree (or at least less painful) will help.

    Very interesting! I often look away when getting an injection but don’t close my eyes or count. I will try this next time, as well as relay this info to my son. He’s hates injections so much he almost passes out when he sees the needle. Maybe counting will take his mind off it a bit.

  3. When I was working as a nurse, so many patients would tell me, “I HaTE needles.” I’d answer (humourously), I don’t know too many who do!
