Healthy Eating for Less

One of the best pieces I’ve read recently about making healthy eating affordable comes from “National Geographic” (of all people) in their online magazine. In their article, the author offers several well-developed points, such as buying in season, planning ahead, and making the most of leftovers…all things we try to encourage here at Robust Cooking. They even offer a half-dozen recipes that stretch the meat used and make use of local produce.
