If you haven’t planned your menu for the 4th of July yet, check out the Healthy 4th of July Recipes and Menus at Eating Well. The Tomato-&-Olive-Stuffed Portobello Caps sounds reaaaally good to me! Tomatoes, olives, garlic — that’s a good dose of antioxidants for a healthy heart! Plus a dash of rosemary, said to be good for the brain!
