Healthy Prom Tips

I really enjoyed this article about how to have a healthy and safe prom. There are many things that younger women do to get ready for prom that comprise their health, like crash dieting and excessive tanning. Here’s the thing, I know prom is an important time in your life, but it is still just one night. So don’t break the bank in glamming yourself up, or give in to pressure because you think it’s what you’re supposed to do.

Most of all, be safe. Take care of yourself, don’t get in a car with a drunk driver, don’t give in to dangerous situations. Let yourself be healthy so you can happily see more fun times to come.
