Heart Mark Makes a Second Appearance

Remember Heart-kun, the chihuahua puppy born in Japan in May 2007 with a cute little tan-colored heart shape on its fur? Well, Heart-Kun is now a big sister after a second pairing by her parents have produced little brother Love-kun, who also sports a heart-shaped mark!

Heart-kun’s baby brother, called Love-kun, was born August 3rd at the same pet shop where Heart-kun was born and raised.

In the video above we get an extremely cute peek at Heart-kun as a puppy, hopping around crazily in her pen after she spots the video camera.

We then get to see Heart-kun’s first meeting with her newborn brother. She doesn’t look like she quite knows what to expect, but she appears to not let it bother her too much since we see some adorable photos of her and Love-kun a little bit later!

Heart-kun became an international sensation soon after her birth because of her unique mark, and shop keeper Emiko Sakurada said that out of the hundreds of dogs she’s bred she had never seen one like her.
