In this week’s Heart-to-Heart, mood7 at Script for a Jester’s Tear shares her experience with Weight Watchers and shows that learning to live a hearty life is a continuous process.
My Grandmother recently had a double bypass the details of which left me nauseous and light headed. I have heart disease on both sides of my family and I’m not going through that. I refuse to be cut open or have things removed from one body part and placed into my heart. I feel sick just typing about it. So, to get healthy and lower my risks, I need to lose weight.
Good luck and all the best!
