Hearty Habits #2: Water Weight

Continuing our Tuesday-Thursday series of healthy habits from people just like you and me, today’s hearty habit comes from Angelo Fernandez.

So, so many people have told me I lost weight. I keep thinking to myself “what am I doing that I’m losing weight NOTICEABLY?” Well, back when I was playing World of Warcraft, I used to skip eating breakfast and to be able to prepare for our Molten Core raid (yeah I played in the morning when it’s evening in the US). But then I realized that it must be something else. I increased my intake of water by a hell lot since I have easy access to it here at home. Then I did some research if water had anything to do about wieght loss and I was right!

Water rocks! I’ll grab a glass of water now…

Water rocks? Where can I get me some? They sound heavy, though. ;)
