Several years ago when I was living in Nagoya, Japan, I applied for a gig at a brand new English radio station. My proposal for a healthy minute segment didn’t go anywhere beyond an interview and a pitch to the producers, but I’ve got another chance now. Introducing A Hearty Life’s first Hearty Minute podcast – heart health news in a minute! It’s currently hosted at aheartylife.mypodcast.com but with more server capacity becoming available in the next couple of months, I hope to move it over so that you can listen directly here.
