Heavy Periods? Wild Yam

For the past 12 years I have had one day a month where I must stay close to the house.  I keep my feet up, relax and run ot the bathroom often.  Many of you know what I am going ot say…

Flooding.  Day 2.

For some women it happnes on the third day or the second and third day.. it is that day when you must wear two pads at a time, change hourly, and stay out of public places for fear of that tell tale “gush” that even industrial strength pads would not hold.

There are a number of reasons for heavy bleeding.   It is most often associated with hormonal changes during peri menopause but can signal fibroids or other problems.  If you are anemic it can cause it as well…and it is a symptom of Adrenal Fatigue.

So…Always check with your doctor but many women are having good results with wild yam.  Taken as capsules or cream applied externally this may be the thing to help you regain your life all month long.  Take as directed and give it about two full cycles before you expect to see results.

Colleen…Kelly..thanks for stippong by. Yeah, alot of women have the problem but many doctors tell them either to live with it, or push ablation or even hysterectomy.
