Help My Hurt and Autism Vox make a top 100 list

Please forgive the pat on the back but it’s exciting for me. Help My Hurt and Autism Vox, another b5media Health & Wellness blog, are both listed as two of Top 100 Pediatric Health Blogs over at Nursing Assistant Central.

I was a bit surprised because I consider Womb Within more about kids, never really thought of Help My Hurt that way. Nice way to start the day to have someone tell you they think that you’re doing a good job!

  1. Mercola says:

for additional information, i just want to share that mercury can cause autism.

  2. Mercola – I approved your message but I’ll let others tell you what they think.

  3. Karen says:

Mercola, while I tend to agree with you that mercury can cause autism, I think for the sake of preciseness it should be stated that mercury *may* cause autism. There are many, many parents that claim vaccinations caused their childs austism or ASD, however it’s still very difficult to prove this.

I do question however … why is it that those countries that force vaccinations on their children are the countries that have the highest infant mortality rates, the highest rates of learning disabilities and chronic illnesses? More and more children appear to have some level of ASD. Why is that? If it can be proven it’s related to vaccinations then that’s a great step forward, but I’m not sure it can be claimed that mercury actually *causes* autism. However it *may cause*.

And Marijke, congrats on the Top 100! I too think you’re doing a GREAT job!
