Herb Scissors

I just received a pair of Herb Scissors from the Useful Things website.   I’ve had my eye on these for a couple of months now, and I’m thrilled to finally be able to try them out.

They work like a charm!  The very first thing I did with them was to make short work of  some green onions, just like the promotional picture shows.  From there I moved on to chopping up some parsley in record time.  Now that the weather has turned warmer here in New England, I’m really looking forward to having them handy for my herb garden.  Basil, oregano, culinary lavender…the list goes on.  At just under $11, they’re a time-saver that won’t drain your wallet!

I could use one of these. It’s hard to chop those thin herbs into small pieces sometimes.
