Thanks for all your support and “yeahs” that have been sent in my direction. And thanks to Russell for his great recipe that he offered up for ‘diabetic’ no bake chocolate cheesecake- and congrats on his weight loss!!!

My husband asked me a funny question today… “Why do you think you have lost some weight, what are you doing different”?  My response was “not a whole lot… but I am writing every little thing that I put in my mouth on the Internet for all the world to see and recording my blood sugars publicly”.

Who knows if it is the increased protein or just combination of all of the above but I know I am enjoying this and I encourage all of y’all to give it a try, and send me your link!

Bloodsugars… 89, 98, 92

Breakfast… 1/2 bowl Special K with skim milk. Coffee x3

Lunch… Fruit and cheese kabobs that my 7 year old made. They were really good, just chunks of cheese and berries, bananas, apples and grapes on a bamboo stick. She had fun making them too!

Snack… Nuts and raisins and sunflower seeds mixed

Dinner… Large garden salad with dressing and croutons on it.

Snack this evening will be a sugar free chocolate pudding and sugar free cool whip- Oh yeah!!!!

Have a great weekend!
