Hip replacements: one size does not fit all

Orthopedic surgeons, doctors who perform hip replacements, know that not all sizes of hips will fit all their patients, so they make their choices accordingly. But now, there’s more than just a choice of size, there is a choice for women alone.
According to Dr. Richard Berger, an orthopedic surgeon at Rush University Medical Center, helped design a new hip replacement designed for the female anatomy.
