Hokkaido

We’re heading off for a few weeks touring up to and around Hokkaido tomorrow.  I’ll be taking my camera and I’ll try and post the best of what we find there regarding all things noodles and rice. 

I have no idea what the specialities are where we’ll be going but I’m sure they’ll be special  Stay tuned to find out.
