I promised you a holiday shopping guide, and now I’ve got one. Only, I realize many of you may not be spending money on yourselves right now.
For those of you who wait until after Christmas to start thinking of yourselves, I’ve put together some recommended product and site links that can help you with your weight loss or maintenance plan.
