Holly No Longer Hef’s Girlfriend?

Have you ever watched The Girls Next Door?
It’s a show on E! Entertainment television featuring three young Playboy models who are Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends. I’ve watched the show a few times and I like the girls. They have an interesting relationship with Hefner. They are his girlfriends, but there doesn’t appear to be any sort of sexual spark between any of them. He really seems more like a nice, older man who wears his pjs all day and enjoys the company of buxom blondes. That’s a gig I’m sure a lot of guys could appreciate.
Holly, the main girlfriend for 7 years, has mentioned wanting to marry Hefner, whom she calls “Puffin.” Hefner has explained that she’s the boss in some ways, she hosts the events and the other girls follow her lead.
Holly’s Puffin recently told US Magazine this:
“I love her very much, but you know, she wants very much to get married and have children. That isn’t very much in the cards for me,” he adds. “So there has to be a certain reality there. And I’m sure the time will come when she’ll be dating others. That’s part of the transition.” (He also confirmed the news to E!.)
Well, apparently Holly is a girlfriend no more. It’s been reported that she has moved out of the mansion and into a condo. I saw her on another E! show where she wouldn’t out and out admit that they were broken up, but she said something along the lines of watch the new season and you’ll find out. Then, she got all giggly and goofy when the host asked about her reported involvement with Criss Angel. (Criss Angel?? I question this woman’s taste.)
Now I’m left wondering if a new girl is moving in? Or will Bridget and Kendra be involved in some sort of competition to become Girlfriend #1? Will Puffin ever marry again?

I love The Girls Next Door. They’re funny and a bit “blonde”, but it works.
I don’t see though – beyond $$$ – the appeal an 80-something man would have to any 20-something woman. Sure, Hef seems nice and the girls obviously have it easy, but come on…HE’S OLD!!! And now, if Holly’s got the gigglies for Criss Angel…ick…that would explain it. She just doesn’t have any taste. Sorry Holly.
He treats them very well and Holly and Bridget have made careers out of what they’ve learned – Bridget with the hosting and Holly with the photo layout stuff she oversees, so that’s been good for them. They do look like they have fun, lots of girls to hang out with, and their bedrooms look like teenage girl bedrooms. Have you ever noticed that?
I think Criss Angel is actually ickier than Hugh Hefner.

Oh they just hang out with Hugh for the money and the fame. Its all about climbing the ladder baby! As for Criss Angel–well he is young and in his dark, scary way–cute. Besides he doesn’t need “V”.
He’s pretty nice to them. He takes them on trips and they get opportunities through the organization. Plus they make money with the modeling. I think it might be something more than just the money.
