Holtwood Dam To Go On Expansion

Clean energy is something that we all seem to be strangers to. Well, not exactly strangers in a way that we have no idea what it is. I mean strangers so much so that we know what it is but we never really did care much to take a further look into it.

But clean energy seems to have taken the attention of most people right now especially in Pennsylvania. See, the officials of the state are working on having a $275 million budget so as to be able to expand its Holtwood Dam which is currently one of the major sources of clean energy.

Kathleen McGinty is one official and she disclosed, “Clean energy is an imperative for our environment, our economy and our security.” And just how right she is. She has also disclosed that the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has also gone involved so as to be able to put the project into reality.
