Welcome to part 4 of the home staging series. Today we will cover some minor and not so minor things you can do to the bathroom to get your home ready to sell.
- Clean extremely well!
- Get a new shower curtain or completely remove it
- Clear off countertops of all hygiene products
- Organize drawers and cabinets
- Clean out medicine cabinet
- Place a plany on toilet tank or countertop
- Store trash can and tissue boxes out of site
- Paint dark cabinets white
- Replace outdated fixtures
- Replace outdated cabinet knobs and pulls
- Have a nice display of soaps and towels
- Freshen grout on sink and shower
- Remove bath mat, tub mat and that furry toilet seat cover
- Replace outdated and worn vinyl flooring
- Buy a matching set of new towels for display
- Reglaze or replace a stained or chipped tub
- Clean glass tub enclosure very well and leave open
