Home Staging Tips Part 4

Welcome to part 4 of the home staging series. Today we will cover some minor and not so minor things you can do to the bathroom to get your home ready to sell.

  • Clean extremely well!
  • Get a new shower curtain or completely remove it
  • Clear off countertops of all hygiene products
  • Organize drawers and cabinets
  • Clean out medicine cabinet
  • Place a plany on toilet tank or countertop
  • Store trash can and tissue boxes out of site
  • Paint dark cabinets white
  • Replace outdated fixtures
  • Replace outdated cabinet knobs and pulls
  • Have a nice display of soaps and towels
  • Freshen grout on sink and shower
  • Remove bath mat, tub mat and that furry toilet seat cover
  • Replace outdated and worn vinyl flooring
  • Buy a matching set of new towels for display
  • Reglaze or replace a stained or chipped tub
  • Clean glass tub enclosure very well and leave open
