O.k..I miss my horses. There. I have said it.

Again.

Equine fly sprays can get pretty expensive. We went through quite a lot of it this spring with wetter weather.

I just could not stand to see the horses standing in the pasture stomping and twitching.

Anyway, this is an inexpensive spray that is good for their coat…and if you are going hiking, camping or trail riding it will work great for you too!

Homemade Fly Spray/Bug Repellent

  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 Cup Avon Skin So Soft
  • 1 Cup water
  • Several Drops of Eucalyptus essential oil

Mix well and pour into an empty spray bottle.

Shake well before using.

Use as needed.
